Ignored domains endpoint in the Iris Detect API

Added

• New endpoint GET /v1/iris-detect/domains/ignored: Returns the list of domains in the ignored state, supporting the same filtering, sorting, and pagination options as the other domain list endpoints (/new, /watched).
• Consistent query model: discovered_since, changed_since, sort, order, include_domain_data, offset, limit, and preview parameters behave identically to other domain list endpoints.

This endpoint complements the existing workflow to move domains to the ignored state and lets you inventory or export ignored domains without walking the full watchlist.
